First time to Mèrida and had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express. Close to restaurants shopping and different events around the city center. Traveled with family

The hotel was centrally located with restaurants and shops easily accessible. The facilities was clean and housekeeping was on point- every day! The waitstaff in the dining room always made sure you were taken care of and the breakfasts were good, too. Everyone from checkin to check-out was helpful-if needed. Thanks for a great vacation!!

A Holiday Inn with No Knives for Breakfast!
The toaster was a residential one!
Breakfast was included, Not even an American Breakfast!
Never Again! And it’s my second time there!
Will. Ever never refer This Hotel to anyone!

Clean and spacious room, but there was a permanent sound of a fan that was quite persistent.
The neighbourhood was amazing with a lot of great places to eat and do shopping.
