Friendly staff and clean property overall however:
1. Please change your pillows. Worst pillows of any hotel I have stayed in
2. Please limited volume levels during the day. People are paying to stay at a hotel, not a club

Amazing & friendly service
Posted 7 Aug 2024 on HotelsWe stayed at the Diez Diez Collection to celebrate my partner's 30th birthday. From the moment we booked, the hotel staff was super responsive. I wanted to set up a few things in the room beforehand and the hotel staff was happy to help. When we arrived we were greeted with a welcome mocktail and provided with an upgrade which was incredibly kind of the staff. The room was large and very comfortable. All of the staff were attentive and kind the entire time. We also ate dinner at the on-site restaurant Fronto - the food was delicious and the service was fantastic. I would highly recommend Diez Diez and hope to stay there again in the future!
