"this is a really beautiful hotel, especially if you upgrade to a junior suite with a pool. The staff was incredibly kind and hard-working. My only real complaints were a steady stream of ants on the bathroom wall, and the door to my room and pool (outside door) did not lock or even shut properly. ..."

"I had a good time at this hotel. The rooms are very good, I had one with a terrace and a little pool, very convenient for the hot weather of Merida. The location is also very central, being close to restaurants and other attractions. Overall, great experience."
