"No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture… OVERPRICED!!! To be avoided!!!"

"Резиденция для 4-х слишком мала, только для 2х с натягом. Ремонт и все что есть в нем со дня основания видимо не ремонтировалось и заменялось. Очень аскетично и все синтетическое. В этот раз вообще никакой химии даже для кухни не дали. Но мы ехали кататься и постарались этим себя не расстраивать. Напишите на сайте, что надо платить обязательный туристический налог и 40 евро финальная уборка. Просите номер окнами на долину, а не на проезжую часть, т.к. слишком шумно даже глубокой ночью, а спать...
