It was easy to travel to Yosemite from the property. Came back to rest well from a day hiking.

Staff was not helpful, had to mitigate over and over that my room was unclean. I requested another room and was denied. The first night I had to sleep with my family in a room that smelled like Urine. Bathtub was dirty, and room was dirty and appeared as if no one had cleaned it after the previous guest.
I was refunded the two nights I had previously paid for and then I had to rebook for an additional night at $170. New room had no shampoo ( appeared at if they had filled bottles with water) watered down shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Staff was not friendly after I filed a complaint. I will not be staying here at this location in the future.

Everything was good beside the cleanliness of our bathroom. When i showered in the morning all 3 soaps, shampoo, conditioner and body wash were empty, and someone's dirty washcloth was left on the bar ticked into the shower curtain. I HAVE NO IDEA OF THE BATHROOM WAS EVEN CLEANED. I made due with some bar soap, and informed the staff that advised they would send housekeeping to put in soap. When i returned that night, no staff even filled the soaps and i had to return to the front desk for soap. I was never apologized to, and never offered a discount to make it right.
As a parent to a sensitive child with a chronic illness, i chose this hotel as it had better cleanliness ratings, but left disappointed.

The positive was the staff was pleasant and professional. The opportunities are the cleanliness and up keep in the hotel. On the 3rd floor it was obvious the hall was not vacuumed daily and there was a disgusting looking stain on the floor toward rooms 300-315. Our room floor was not vacuumed either. In the restroom, the tile was torn and should have been repaired or replaced. In the far corner of the living room by the window there was a slight oder. The ironing board was also missing its cover. We had to lay a towel down in order to use it. Unfortunately we would less likely revist this establishment due to our recent visit.
