The people were friendly, the bathroom inside our room needs a makeover. The fan was about to fall out of the ceiling. There were water stains around the door and the shower leaked onto the floor. Also, if you were the first person in the shower the water was not hot.

The front desk was very good in accommodating my partner and I when there was some issue with the first two room. We were unable to access the first room due battery issue for door. Front desk was able to move us to the same floor level (1) but the room had a funky smell. The bathroom smell was unpleasant. I checked the bed and the bedsheet smelt like it wasn’t changed. To bluntly say that the sheet smell like poo. It was unbearable even after spraying cologne. I didn’t want to make it complicated and I offer to personally replace the sheet to avoid any issue but the front desk was able to move my partner and I to a better room. I would like to say that the employee was great and understanding of our situation.

The streets are inconvenient to arrive to the hotel

Older warn down facility not very clean.

The property has definitely seen better days. Many stains on carpet, mold in shower around the caulking. Staff was very friendly and helpful but they couldn't overcome the shabbiness of the hotel. Definitely not my "Choice" next time.

Everything was repaired very poorly with patches of plaster stuck to the door, bedsheets ….quite odd
