Absolute horror show. Place should be demolished. Should have slept in my car. Do NOT stay here-ever.

Well just to start the new front desk lady is THE MOST RUDE and straight up DISRESPECTFUL person me and my wife have ever met. She did everything possible to make our stay the worst and consistently would scream at my wife just for asking for some toilet paper or asking to redo the keycards.I don’t know her name but she’s usually the main morning/afternoon front desk recently hired. If she’s there it’s not worth the savings to stay there. 0 rating. Customer Service 0, I’m literally homeless and I would rather stay on the streets than return to such an evil and malicious front desk treatment I received. Never again

This property should not be on your site. We drove 30 minutes further to find a hotel. Many windows had bedsheets as curtains. The property was filthy with garbage everywhere. Very disappointed with this recommendation. We paid $60 for a hotel we didn’t even step foot into.

You didn't step into the property due to change of your plans and writing comments. There are no bedsheets as curtains and we at times cover windows of the rooms getting renovated which appeared to you as curtains. We are very easily visible and don't understand where you were driving and what's wrong with your directions as this is very surprising.

The outside looks great. The front was rude. Additionally, I went to shower and roaches were ALL OVER THE BATHROOM. I didn’t even bathe that night. Instead of giving me a full refund, they gave me a partial refund after being rude to me

We didn't find any evidence of roaches or any bugs. Sorry! We can't let people stay for free by making wrongful claims. You were refunded for the next night although it was past cancellation. Thanks for your feedback.

I did not stay at this property at all and they refused to give me back my funds even though I paid extra to be able to cancel reservation in case something came up. The guy working in the office saw me and my kids dressed really nicely and tried to charge me additional fee for a deposit although only it doesn't state that this property charges additional fees as well as the have a sign in office saying they charge certain deposits and they have guidelines stating that kids between the ages of 4 and 18 are an additional fees when I thought all kids under 18 stay for free at hotels and motels. They did not let me cancel my reservation and the hotel is trying to charge me when I did not stay at that property. They should be shut down. No wonder there wasn't not one single person sleeping over at that motel. Now I have to file a dispute through my bank. Smh. Do not rent here ever or else you don't mind losing your hard earned money.

The deposit is required by almost every motel and also as per our Policy for payments made with cash and CC security deposit payments are covered by hold on CC. This is on all our on line booking sites. You can't cancel reservation with 24 hours of your stay and that cancellation Policy is also explained while booking the stay. Your booking was made for only 2 persons and you didn't add 3 kids in your booking which was required.
