Man fühlt sich extrem willkommen. Das gesamte Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man merkt wirklich, dass es Ihnen sehr wichtig ist, dass man sich wohl fühlt sehr ruhig gelegen und nah an den Gärten des Schloss Trautmannsdorf, super leckeres Frühstück. Wunderschöne Dachterrasse

A super hotel

This is one of the very best hotels we have stayed in. Everything is so very well thought over and organised. The staff could not be more welcoming and professional. The room was excellent. Breakfast a treat and dinner a festivity. Wonderfull food and wines. One can see and feel that everybody does his/her utmost best to make your stay as good as possible. Our dog was also very welcome. Even our carwindow was washed before we left!! If we can we will certainly come back.It is a family business and one feels fast 'at Home'.

Wonderful staff

What a charming hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff you'll find. We were greeted by name at check in and from then on the level of service was very engaging. Food was great and the rooftop garden and its views fantastic. Rooms were bright airy and large. Would certainly stay here again if back in Merano.

Top Aufenthalt in einem tollen Haus mit herausragendem Ambiente. Super Service (Autoscheiben wurden vor Abfahrt gereinigt). Gastronomie auf hohem Niveau, Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig. Sehr schöner Wellness - Bereich. Kann uneingeschränkt weiterempfohlen werden.

Freundliches nettes Boutique Hotel

Wir waren 5 Tage zum wandern und relaxen da. Die Umgebung war schön und ruhig. Das Hotel war mehr wie zu Hause und das Personal war sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Das Abendessen war so gut das wir nie auswärts gegessen haben--war sehr gemütlich auf der Terrasse.

Schönes Hotel, sehr netter familiärer Service

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Familie Hofer und die anderen Mitarbeiter waren sehr fürsorglich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer hatte eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Meraner Umland. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 20 Minuten nach Meran über den Sissi-Weg gelaufen. Auch die Gärten von Trautmannsdorff sind sehr sehenswert und nur zehn Minuten entfernt.

Hervorragendes Wohlfühlklima!

Sehr schöne Zimmer, wenn auch in meinem Fall nicht mit der erhofften Aussicht. Bei dem sehr guten Essen und dem üppigen Frühstücksbuffet auf der wunderschönen Terrasse, kommen schnell Urlaubsgefühle auf! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht, wirkte jedoch manchmal etwas überfordert, wie auch beim auschecken, was relativ lange dauerte. Insgesammt aber ein sehr positiver Eindruck!

Das Hotel Pienzenau ist absolut empfehlenswert

Gelegen in ruhiger Lage, etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums, freundlicher und effeizienter Service, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, ausgezeichnete Küche für Feinschmecker, Weinkarte mit auserlesenen Spezialitäten aus Fern und Nah.
