Great stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Beautiful, walkable area. I would stay again! Only downside is Parking is slightly inconvenient as its not on the property but about 1-2 blocks away. If its busy its tricky to park for check in.

Hello. Thank you very much for your kind words and I am glad that you felt comfortable with us. Unfortunately, garages were not considered during the construction phase of our hotel and it is now simply almost impossible to build any more. Therefore, we have rented garages in a condominium 70 metres from us for our guests. As an alternative, you can park in the public parking garage of the Terme Merano for the same price, about 150 metres away.I would be delighted to welcome you again as our guest and wish you a relaxing weekend.AndreasReception

Absolutely beautiful hotel with fantastic staff. Cristoph was extremely kind and helpful and gave us excellent recommendations for food and things to do in the area. My room has a balcony with breathtaking views of the snowcapped mountains. Breakfast and coffee were excellent. Absolutely no complaints. A wonderful stay all round.

Great hotel to spend a few days in Merano

Good base for Merano and Tyrol

Nice hotel in center of old town

Pros: The staff and central location. Another awesome benefit was air conditioning, which most hotels in Europe do not have. It felt SO good to sleep.
The best thing about this hotel is the staff -- they could not have been more helpful and accomodating. When it started to rain, as we were leaving, several staff members held umbrellas over us so we wouldn't get soaked. Most places seem indifferent once you've paid the bill.
The other great point about this hotel is its location -- in the old city and within walking distance of the thermal pool and top notch restaurants.
We had three rooms, all of them different, and cute and clean.
