I loved it here. Friendly staff. Good food. Great location. I will definitely return. Ask for a room overlooking the river. Very important.

It was wonderful. The location is perfect for exploring the town. Terrific terrace for breakfast or relaxing and watching life on the boulevard. From the reception over wait staff to the owners, everyone was extremely attentive, friendly, polite and helpful.
The town has a wonderful Mediterranean flair. Great food, great shopping.

Merano is a gorgeous mountain town. Aurora is right across the street from a famous thermal spa. The hotel has a helpful staff. Like so many places in Italy, it’s on a pedestrian street but they have an arrangement with a nearby parking garage and the parking just goes on your room charges.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The value was incredible with many little extras included!
The breakfast was outstanding and the staff was incredibly helpful.

Balcony is a must
Posted 22 Aug 2023 on HotelsGreat location, but make sure when booking that you make a reservation for a room with a balcony. Otherwise, you’ll be looking out to a narrow side alley - definitely not very appealing.
