Unpleasent Stay
Posted 16 Oct 2018 on HotelsWas unhappy with our stay. We had to wait for half an hour before we could checked in and the staff did not apologies for making us wait. When we entered our room there was strong smell of cigarette smoke. Some body must have smoked in room before. TV had only 1 channel. Next morning no breakfast was served (Booking inclusive of breakfast). Staff did not inform us until we asked her, because the hotel had only 6 rooms occupied. Is that our problem? Even if there was only 1 room occupied, breakfast has to be served since it was promised when booking was made. Again, no 'sorry'. Room was not made up and towels were not replaced. We had to ask for fresh towels and waited for nearly an hour. We had to call the front desk to remind her that we are still waiting for the towels.

Horrible Stay
Posted 13 Jun 2017 on HotelsThe room was smelly from previous smokers. Floor was sticky with dirt still under the bed. Air-conditioner is not good and there are no fan in the room to circulate the air. Toilet seems to be stuck as it is not flowing properly. Worst of all, housekeeping already left and no one to assist. WIFI was OK though.

Booking reference number is different from what we have. Hotels are seeing our bookings from Expedia.com and its reference number is different from hotels.com's.
This sometimes slow down the check in process.
The room and bathroom was clean but the bedsheets and pillow cases stinks. Both sides of the pillow smells different ie someone's perfume and the other side none.
Overall was okay.
Even though the neighbourhood is not bad, will not consider to stay here anymore as the bedsheets seems dirty.
