The view from this hotel is otherworldly - with direct access to a spectacular beach (calm, shallow water, soft sand. The amenities and style of the hotel are nice and the rooms comfortable. It’s a resort hotel - not a boutique hotel - so the service, while plentiful, is also a bit impersonal. I’d recommend staying here for the location alone.

Great location with excellent clean rooms with nice decks and views. Gym was OK....and tough to park a car there on the street....limited parking...but otherwise a great hotel. LEVEL package was great with good breakfast everyday included and a nice infinity pool with no kids so great for couples. Highly recommend this resort for a relaxing few days of vacation!

Far too expensive
Posted 11 Jun 2024 on HotelsThis was a very expensive stay at what was described as a luxury hotel in a junior suite. It failed to meet our expectations. The room was a huge disappointment. The layout was poor, there were no views from the sofa or bed. Frankly the room was no more than a poor standard room in a standard hotel. The Level is a good concept but again it fell well short of the luxury standard advertised and expected. One restaurant closed. Remaining restaurant over-priced and little choice.
