Nice place and great location. Staff is friendly and supportive with some exceptions. A more international approach would help everyone to feel at home.

Perfect Menorca Stay

This hotel is amazing all around. The grounds are beautiful! The design in the rooms is perfection. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I cannot wait to return!

Had 2 rooms first room was great second room bad everyone walked past only window in bedroom we left early

Can’t wait to go back

All around amazing. Can’t wait to go back. We had our own little pool and the space around was just brilliant. The nature around and space between the buildings so that we had privacy was great. Food was lovely and we were really positively surprised of the restaurant. Close to the airport- just short drive away. Staff were friendly but at times chaotic and there were some delays and mix ups but their personality made up for it so all around great.

Menorcan get away.

Really enjoyed our three nights here. Location is fab. The buildings are spotlessly clean. The restaurant serves lovely food. What very slightly lets it down is the service. The reception staff were always delightful however i felt the staff in the restaurant (main and poolside) could be a bit brisque/cold and unresponsive. This was the only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars. For my personal taste i think the gardens could have a few more agapanthus filled terracotta pots and lavenders but thats me being picky.

What a way to spend a special birthday! Alex at the front desk noticed the birthday on passport and surprised us with cava! The room, shared spaces and grounds are beautiful and tranquil. The hike was lovely. Our meals in the restaurant were exceptional, in selection, preparation and personable service. Wanted to change our plans to stay longer, but were unable to!

While I wouldn't say this is a BAD hotel, I just can't recommend it. Especially for the price, I can't see why anyone would come here unless (like us) they didn't know any better. It feels super corporate-hipster if you know what I mean? Where you have to make lunch/dinner reservations in a squishy and uncomfortable little dining room because they chose to put in a "funky" retail store instead of having more dining space for their guests. We ate one dinner and was shocked at how over priced it was for how little food which was average tasting. 8euro for a bottle of sparkling water? Seriously? And they have dumb forks. I felt bad for the table beside us with their kids because they probably were spending at least 120euro to feed 4 per meal. Having just come from a gorgeous hotel with a huge room, dripping in luxury and elegance with incredible food with a complimentary snack/drink minifridge at a similar price point, to having to stare at their assortment of snacks and alcoholic beverages for sale cluttering our tiny space felt so tacky and desperate. Why not try to make your guests happy and return rather than sell them overpriced snacks and trinkets? The front of house staff all seemed stressed as from our perspective other guests looked unhappy. There are so many great places to stay on the island, this hotel was such a flop for us. At these prices, we just assumed that they would do more to make it a special experience.
