Great child friendly hotel, lovely pools and facilities. Walkable to centre and beach

Posted 17 Oct 2023 on HotelsIt was really relaxing. Very family focused. They were really flexible when our flights got canceled and we came a day late. They also gave a complementary bottle of wine for our Five year anniversary. It was a lovely stay.

Average stay. Fine for a week. Areas around hotel grounds very tired especially playground, teenage hangout was pretty neglected and dirty. Not a four star. Food had some good choices and some nights awful. Breakfast the best. Room had no sound proofing, woke by cars, vans, buses - entertainment for adults limited. Best suited for under 5’s - pools were the coldest ever I’ve experienced which really spoilt the holiday but suddenly the last day they were more manageable!

Just a fab hol from start to finish from reception staff to food absolutely lovely great selection for all swimming pool area lovely apartments very spacious which is just great as well all in all a fab hol to be had by both of us

holiday village for young families.
Posted 22 Sep 2018 on Hotelswe went as a couple & really I think this hotel is only suitable for young families. the entertainment is geared up for infants. pepa pig & widget workshop are examples. also the music is far too loud around the pool area which is where the main stage is set. (and I am half deaf anyway ). we were moved to block 4 which is a quiet area away from there but you cant escape it when having a drink. apart from that food good, helpful staff & nice apartments although a little dated.
