Swimming pool was wonderful. Close to Mao, easy walking. Lovely stay.

This is such a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed our stay, however, we did have a couple of issues. When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready which was fine, so we checked in and had lunch - the food at the hotel is absolutely delicious. When we were able to enter our room, we spent some time in there and then I noticed that there was human faeces on the doorway of the toilet. We went and spoke to reception and showed the receptionist a photo and initially she laughed - we don’t think she realised what we had shown her and we kindly asked that this be cleaned up before we got back from dinner. The next morning we asked to speak to the manager and explained what we had found and showed her a photo - she was more understanding and apologised. The room was over 400€ for the night, so we found the fact that there was poo in the room a real health and safety concern. The next day were charged for the mini bar items we had consumed. We just feel that given we didn’t ask for or expect anything and didn’t cause a fuss, they could have maybe just waived the fee due to issue. Overall just left feeling a little disappointed.

Beautiful views and great location - had AC issue that the staff addressed and credited us for chanting to a smaller room. BEST breakfast buffet in Europe

Lovely re-done rooms: airy and bright. The hotel is kept very clean. The staff are polite, helpful and friendly and it’s a 10 minute walk to old town for shopping, dining and sightseeing. Great stay.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel une nuit , la décoration est très sympa . Notre chambre était trop petite , des l ouverture des valises , on ne pouvait pas passer . La vue du port sur le balcon est très sympa même si le balcon est tout petit . Cet hôtel est idéalement placé pour visiter Mao

The hotel has recently been modernised to a high standard and is well kept. Our only problem was it was on the edge of town which since i have disabilities required a mobility scooter which the hotel arranged for me.
