Nice place to stay, my only criticism is the 100.00 deposit, but understand why its done.

When we checked into our room it was open and no pillow cases and the key didn’t work. Later on we had people open our door when we were sleeping and they filed a complaint on us. We then had a desk worker come up and ask who we were and that there was a complaint against us. Found out they put us in the wrong room and then put them in our room. We also had lukewarm showers the next morning!! We will probably not stay here again

Large crack in bathroom mirror. Red stain on top cover of bed. Asked for fresh towels in morning, they never gave us any. Went to front desk with dirty towels & asked for clean ones & he said, “I told you when you checked in to let me know when you needed fresh towels.” It was rude, especially when we did indeed ask for them. Also needed trash taken out as it was full & they didn’t do that either. Very disappointing - will not stay there again.

Overall was great. The breakfast was very good. The French toast was really good. But the plasticware was sold thin it couldn’t poke itself out of its covering. Just that seem to give you the feeling of Motel 6

I was in town for Stout family weekend. The girl is close to campus. Spacious room.

The good - Comfortable bed, clean room, decent breakfast. The bad - faulty door latch on room made it hard to close door, so had to slam it shut - pretty annoying! Asked evening staff on first night to address the next day, didn’t happen. First day of a 3-day stay, no cleaning service - asked front desk to clean the next day, and it happened but why’d I have to ask? And the side door didn’t have a card scan (broken/non-existent) so you couldn’t use it for entry which really sucked because all the parking was at that end of the building! Please do a better job with the facilities maintenance.

The property was great, the staff no so much. The guy at the check in , had a strong accent and keep telling us that he didn’t speak Spanish ,we were not… And at the check out, the girl seems like she didn’t know wat to do…
