Definitely not the best hotel in Menomonie but it was adequate

It is a basic, aging hotel - good enough for a pit stop along the way home. It took forever to check in and then the clerk wanted to make an actual photocopy of my credit card...who would ask that?!? Seriously.

Thank you for your response. We apologize for the slower check in. We also ask for a card on file. Our clerk should have asked for a card to put on file, instead of asking for a photocopy. We will talk with staff about proper check-in procedures. Thank you again. We hope to serve you again.

The young gentleman who greeted us went out of his way to be of service. It set the night off well.

Very nice all around. The room was quite filthy behind the desks, tv stand and inside the A/C vent was horrible.
