Good, just short of great

The beds were unusually narrow for twin beds.

Creepy staff! Someone at the front desk asked another staff member to help me with my suitcases up the stairs - there are no lifts - and walking upstairs behind me, this man told me that I was really beautiful. This made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe. I didn't want to be there anymore and checked the room for cameras.
Other issues I had was, 1) I had booked a room overlooking the pool, my room overlooked the parking lot and a busy road; 2) the pool is only accessible via the dining room next to the lobby so there's no privacy; 3) the rooms aren't very soundproof and I could hear everything happening in the corridors including my neighbours yelling at each other while leaving the hotel at 3am in the morning. I'm glad I had only booked for one night otherwise I would've changed hotels.
