"Wonderful hotel! It is very well located, and the rooms are quite comfortable. I stayed in a two-queen bedroom that included a fridge and microwave. The room also had a safe, a very clean bathroom with a hairdryer, and toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and soap. A continental breakfast was included, featuring a wide variety of items such as pastries, different types of bread, butter, jams, coffee, tea, milk, yogurt, dairy meats, and scrambled eggs. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. There is a beautiful outdoor pool, although it was closed for the season. Additionally, you can pay an extra fee for access to an underground garage."

"My husband and I stayed in Villa 2 The whole experience was truly magical and we felt very much at home. There were acres and acres of vineyards to explore, plenty of quiet spaces to enjoy the sunrise or sunset and the food and wine were exquisite. The resort is situated right at the foot of the Andes mountains and waking up to that stunning view everyday was incredible and absolutely breathtaking. The resort also offers a safe haven for rescued dogs and horses. We met Amiga, Sol, and Patroclo who were all so friendly and welcoming. You often see them wandering around the premise and their presence adds that extra charm to the property. By the end of our stay, we started thinking of maybe moving to Mendoza for our retirement! Such a beautiful place! We hope to return again to recharge and heal!"

"The hotel was nicely appointed, the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a fair amount of street noise, but rooms on the back were pretty quiet. The breakfast was typical for Argentina. There are several restaurants and shops just around the corner, and it's close to the center of town."

"The pros: - Room, bed, bath, shower, firepit & patio, all 10/10. We loved sitting outside with the firepit, the waitstaff in the evening were fantastic, and had one of the best massages of my life in the comfort of my room. What they get right they really get right!! The cons: We were given an incorrect menu 4 times during our short 3-night stay, so meant we weren’t able to order *any* cocktails or most of the food on the menu that we’d selected, multiple times. This includes even a menu I was handed *in* the restaurant and was then told was out of date… and the service was awful at times. It was often impossible to find waitstaff during the day, they didn’t monitor their WhatsApp particularly well, and we found communication with the front desk really poor - we tried booking tastings & meals and never received info, even after asking repeatedly - and the laundry service ruined some very expensive clothing by ignoring the care labels. Finally, they charge an insane amount for own-label wines - almost 50% more than at the winery itself. It’s a lovely property but at the price they are charging they should be impeccable and it felt very much like we were “soft launch” guests. It’s a lovely property but unfortunately would not recommend - the flaws were so great that it couldn’t justify the cost. They are clearly are targeting a premium market but need serious work before demanding the price they are."
