The hotel was in a great location and the lady on the front desk was very personable and friendly. However, after this completely shambolic - water damage due to broken jacuzzi above my room, they didn’t seem to care, gave me a cheap bottle of wine the day before checking out so not practical and the ceiling looked as though it was going to let water in, the noise was so loud with it on as was next door who had screaming matches at 7 am, walls are too thin. Incredibly dated, safe didn’t work and spent hours trying to sort but lack of communication meant I felt it was my fault, but the instructions weren’t correct and it had an override to any code, I understand they want to save energy but no fresh towels in 4 days, no minibar price list or QR and the WiFi didn’t work for 3 days in my room. With no English channels, noise from next door and upstairs jacuzzi I couldn’t do any work and wandered the streets instead. Considering this was the upgraded room, this is a really bad hotel

While the feedback from our guests is appreciated and taken into consideration as it helps us identify opportunities for improvement, we believe that your comments are subjective and frankly came as a surprise to us because :We believe you experienced some unfortunate events that, when viewed together, might seem significant but are understandable from an operational perspective. While there was an incident with the jacuzzi on the fifth floor where a pipe broke, resulting in only slight moisture on your ceiling, it did not render the room uninhabitable. You were offered a room change, but you declined.The issue with the safe was not due to a lack of communication. It got jammed because of repeated attempts with incorrect codes, and it took us an hour to find a replacement.Regarding the towels, our housekeeping staff does not replace towels that are hanging, as stated in the instructions in the room. If you had needed a change, placing the towels on the floor or in the bathtub would have ensured their replacement. Additionally, we provide housekeeping services until 11 p.m.We have no record of your dissatisfaction during your 4 day stay, and these issues could have easily been resolved had they been brought to our attention.Noise caused by other guests is not the hotel's responsibility, but we could have assisted you if you had informed us about itLastly, our hotel offers a personalized service, which is something our guests often highlight. However, to achieve this, we need to be made aware of any issues or dissatisfaction in order to address them promptly

Desde el momento de tu entrada hay un trato respetuoso y cordial .

The hotel is in a great location and it's close to great shopping and everything is close and then walking range the staff was amazing
