The apartment was clean and very pleasant. Beds large and comfortable, good shower. The staff were very helpful and kind. The swimming pool is very nice,

A great last minute booking for a great price. The staff were really welcoming and helpful too. Thanks to Stefano for being super friendly when we arrived and Lucas for helping us find somewhere to spend our last few hours in Mendoza. Really appreciate and recommend!

Departamento muy lindo, renovado y moderno, todo impecable. Desayuno completo y variado
Conocimos el Parque cercano al hotel y es muy lindo, la ubicación inmejorable, nos sentimos muy seguros
Excelente calefacción, que es lo que buscábamos porque nos cambiamos de hotel porque en el anterior pasamos mucho frío.
Volveremos seguramente

The apartment was not at all as pictured. Most of the furniture was in bad shape, the (tiny) shower had rust spots all over, the toilet wasnt attached to the floor (made a huge noise every time someone sat on it), and the worst part: the heating system produced an intense gas smell that made it unbearable to breathe (had to open the sliding door overnight..we preferred to be cold than to get a headache or maybe something worse?)…we felt the gas smell as soon as we entered the apartment and when I brought it up the girl at the reception desk said “you’ll be ok, if there was a gas leak the detector would beep”…needles to say they were neither friendly nor helpful. Luckily we stayed there only two nights. I would not stay there again.

In case of any problem you can request to Front Desk, as the Recepcionist explained you, there is no reason to worry about, because we all facilities has safety certificates. Posted 3 May 2024 on HotelsMi mujer se enfermó y el personal de recepción fue muy amable y llamó a la asistencia médica que vino prontamente. Agradecemos la predisposición y atención.
Respecto a las instalaciones, un 10, lugar limpio, seguro y moderno. Desayuno muy recomendable y parking cómodo
