Loved this hotel. We got an upgrade via Expedia to a corner Mountain View room which was huge. Excellent selection at the included breakfast buffet restaurant. A ton of restaurants, most with outside cafe seating in both directions from the hotel. A safe, happening neighborhood. Mendoza was our favorite city on the trip. Be prepared for lots of wine and beef!

The Diplomatic Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and willing to help. The rooms were clean and well appointed. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Truly an exquisite facility. Great breakfast. Favorable US $ to Pesos exchange at front desk. Great views of the Andes.

All digital card. However when we had trouble accessing the application to load the digital card, the check staff treated us badly (like we were digitally challenged) it was insulting. He then gave us a bad time about getting physical card and I had to ask four times. When I asked for a second card for my husband he refused. He never shared food discount and I had to ask about that at the check out time. Staff not friendly at all.
