The staff and location are amazing. I didn't like that the pool was empty and the air conditioning was broken gi en the 30 degree temperatures. Also, worst wi-fi we have had in South America on this trip, doesn't work in the room, and barely if at all in the common area.

Great hostel
Posted 29 Mar 2019 on HotelsThis is a great hostel in an ideal location! Helpful staff and a hearty breakfast. The only negative we encountered was the Wi-Fi. Very slow and constantly needing to reconnect. But overall we really liked this hostel. Used the outdoor area quite a bit and all areas were clean and tidy

Everything was fine for a budget accommodation. Only real problem was that there was an overbooking so at check in they upgraded me to a better room without telling me and I only realized later when I saw they charged me more money for it. They eventually refunded me most of the difference back to the originally quoted price
