"We really love the hotel! The design, location, and services are top-notch! We’re especially very fond of Bli Edi, the concierge who always helps us with our bags. Honestly, tho, I expect a bit more hospitality from them because well, after all, they have those 5 stars. But, we still enjoyed our stay and would love to go back! "House of Tugu is the latest hotel from the Tugu Group, which I have frequented many times. This one is truly the masterpiece... the decor and mood is otherworldly. The room is spacious and very comfy. Breakfast was amazing and I really like their coffee. Service is something that all Tugu hotels share, always warm, genuine, and caring. To me, this is the perfect weekend getaway hotel."

"Excellent staff friendly and helpful. Very clean property, pretty and comfortable room. Good breakfast. I don’t give a five stars to property only because the pool water need more maintenance (maybe chlorine) and because the kitchen is open beside the restaurant and the food odour is strong and stay in your clothes. But I have to say that I reported that and the staff/management took their best action immediately. DEFINITELY I WILL COME BACK. Great value for your money."
