"good for 24hours reception so even I arrive late, still have somekne to help you. Most of them are young people in good attitude, wouldn't ask you for tips. "I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly nice and attentive, always ensuring that my needs were met. "Mohammed was very helpful and attentive. The terrace room was very nice we could have breakfast while looking at the pyramids. However the very last day something did go missing from my room I would recommend to always keep your things put away. Other than this one experience our stay was wonderful "

"I really enjoyed my stay, I was treated exceptional and having airport transportation both ways was a major plus as I arrived at 3AM and departed at 2AM and this was included in my hotel reservation at no additional cost. "The view from the top os incredible. The pool is small and cute. The breakfast options for continental was repetitive but very tasty. Pool opens from 8am to 11pm. Breakfast was daily from 9am to 11am. It was about 30mins from downtown cairo and 10mins to the pyramids but in a mich cleaner and gated community. The staff were alll brilliant but special thanks goes to Mr Isam who was so amazing from our first day there until the last day. I would happily return to this hotel. "

"Buyer beware. We’re Americans and this property doesn’t have a bar. There is no rooftop pool. Br akfast is poor,….. really. And, the Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room or the lobby, so frustrating. By the way, our gid and driver were fabulous!! Do yourself a favor and get a room in Giza."
