The staff was helpful & friendly. The carpets were filthy. Parts of the room - back of the rolling desk chair & other areas were very dirty.

Parking surfaces are rough. Was unaware of the pay for parking online prior to checking in but it is in fine print.

It was very nice stay. We were at Graceland most of the time. But it was nice.
