The room itself was clean and in order. The lobby was not accessible, you had to check-in through a glass convenient store type window. I suspect that this was because of the properties location.
Though not a problem for me, the only access to the second floor rooms were two stair steps.

We are apologized that we didn't meet your expectations. The lobby is closed for renovation purpose. We do not have access to an elevator.

King-size bed comfortable, tv available channels, accessible parking, easy check-in.

My 3 night stay was great! The property was well managed and clean. The people at the front desk was very nice. I will be staying here the next time I'm passing through West Memphis, Arkansas.
