What was unique ? Long check in, the “system” was down. False fire alarms, the word was guests smoking in rooms. The staff was polite and apologetic. Can’t blame them. And what seems to be a problem in many higher end hotels, plumbing fixtures that leak and don’t work well. Shower drip all night on a metal plate! Put a towel under it! Seems to be questions about parking. Sign out front says parking 32$ . Pay at front desk. Can”seem to post pics here. The staff were good but Hilton needs to step up their game a little. Your prices and reputation for great properties and all….

Easy to find. Check in was easy, attendant was nice and helpful. Room had plenty of space, clean, bed and pillows were comfortable, very quiet. Walking distance to the Peabody, Beale Street and FedEx Forum.
