The floor was sticky had something spilled on it . The outside hallway was smelly

Late check in after 11pm is not possible, it was not mentioned anywhere. The front desk is closed at 11pm. The rooms are dusty, messy and bad. The hot water did not work, so changed to a different room, a person in the next room was yelling and fighting with his family the whole night. It was a nightmare. Never going back to this or any ESA hotels. Worst hotel services in my entire life. The carpets inside the room and hallway were so bad, nasty. Do not recommend for anyone.

Good Location and staff is great and very helpful courteous customer service. I enjoyed my stay recommend this area for anyone 4 out of 5 stars
