Maps shows that this establishment is permanently closed. I called and was advised that they were open. When I arrived, everything in the area looked closed down. After getting checked in an assigned a room, I saw that the floors had been stripped in the hallways. There was no elevator and bringing up my bags was in question. When I got to my room, I struggled to operate the 3 remotes that controlled the tv. There was no phone, so I had to make several trips to the front desk for assistance. One trip, my key card became inoperable and awarded me another trip from the 3rd floor. I was so tired from traveling I went out to eat and brought food back to reheat the next day. Next day comes, I wake up to stink bugs flying around the room. There was no cold water in my bathroom sink. I had to brush my teeth in the tub as I needed the mirror door my routine. It was very inconvenient. I went to heat my food and the microwave was inoperable. I had to leave for work at 6:30a and made sure the front desk clerk was aware that I needed the microwave replaced so I could save money for dinner since I now had to purchase breakfast and there was no continental or complimentary breakfast at this location. The rate was not worth my troubles. I returned from work and my key was inoperable. The front desk had no clue I needed another microwave. It was a nightmare and I was exhausted, but I know from experience that refunds are even more exhausting from services like Expedia offers.
