Obviously trying to clean up, noisy & musty smell.

Confusion when checking in; did not state that they were serving breakfast; had made reservations for three nights; second night returned to room electric was out never came back on. No management on duty, no other arrangements were made for the other two nights. Customers were on their own. When loading my car I had fallen down the stairs and I had to call a squad and transported to the area hospital. I suffered dislocated and broken right ankle.

We did enjoy some of the Elvis memorabilia and records that were hung in the wall. Breakfast was actually pretty good. The waffle was delightful.

When we showed up, the lights were out and someone came to the taxi and told us there was a power outage and we could not check in. We were told there would be a refund, but they have not been proactive about their refunds
