Overall, I thought the property was great value. It's literally connected to the "Centric" (which has a nice rooftop bar). The rooms were comfortable and clean and it's a 2 minute walk to Beale. The check in experience definitely needs improvement. Our room wasn't ready at 4 so we went for a drink next door. Came back around 6pm and they still hadn't checked the room. Knowing we had already tried to check in, I think our rooms should have been a priority so we could get in our room quickly.

Very unique rooms and building. However, the check-in is a table in the coffee shop with no signs. the coffee shop is not available all day.
