I've been traveling a lot for business this year and this is the worst place I've stayed. The hotel is fairly new, looks fine from the outside, the location is okay and the area is safe. But it is kind of sad, the place is quickly falling into disrepair. There are water leaks from the ceiling into the first floor hallway and fitness center that the property doesn't seem to be to bothered to fix. Pieces of the ceiling fell onto the fitness equipment that over the course of three days no one attempted to clean up. All the staff managed to do for the hallway leak above the ice machine was to put a wet floor sign out. There was never an attempt to mop it up. This caused a musty odor that was present in the hallway and our room. The coffee maker in the lobby never seemed to work and when the staff was asked or informed about it, they would just shrug. They once put out a bag of hot chocolate by the machine that sat there opened and partially spilled for an entire day. The breakfast options were very limited. I guess the usual clientel has low standards and accepts this. Most troubling was the level of malaise shown by they staff. I found the night clerk sleeping while sitting upright on the sofa. We needed to check out at 5:30am to catch an early morning flight and had to wake up the clerk to check out. She did not seem to be pleased. It's her job!

We spent five nights in this property. It was one of the loudest hotels we’ve ever stayed in with lots of hall noise and noise from other rooms. Although they had brewed coffee, they had a coffee machine that worked one out of five days that we were there. It was not functioning because it needed to be cleaned, and apparently nobody could clean it. There was not juice for breakfast because they were waiting on an order for three of the five days that we stayed there. Our room was never cleaned. In all fairness, we had our do not disturb sign up for one day and for a couple hours one morning. We got clean towels on the third day and our trash emptied on the third day. There was a hole in our sheets that was never addressed. The bathroom was not cleaned the entire time we were there. Our carpet was tacky and I would not walk barefoot on it. At this price point, we had higher expectations. We also relied on the reviews of this property to make a decision about where to stay. Those reviews seem a little inflated at this point. Some of these problems I can see occurring for a one or two nights stay, but for a five nights stay it was ridiculous. We also had a need to use the business center and print some materials. We picked a hotel that had business centers available so we would have access to this kind of equipment. None of the hotel staff knew how to use the printer and there were no directions and no visible way to print from our computer to their printer. Disappointing.

The floors in my room were filthy. My towels had hair on them and when I returned the towels back to the front desk I was told they didn’t have anymore clean towels until the next morning when housekeeping returned. I was offered pool towels!!!!!! Also be aware that hotel indicate they offer early check-in but I was told at 1PM when I got there I couldn’t, even though they had available rooms.

This was one of the worst stays in a hotel in 30 years! Got into the room (booked for 4) very late. Only one towel in the room. Asked for more the next morning at 8am and was told they didn’t have any and would have to wash our towels first. Asked then to clean the room 2 days in a row; never did. Had to go to front desk for toilet paper since they didn’t clean or stock. After complaining about asking for our room to be cleaned twice, not having adequate towels, no toilet paper and finding 2 dead roaches in our room, I was told they were busy yesterday. Finally the last of our 4 day stay, our room was clean. Still not a towel for each of us, and they only did one of the two beds!!! Who does that !? This place! One of the dead roaches was still there upon checkout. Wonder if they’ll ever find it!?!?

Weird experience checking in. The property was locked, which I understand because it was a late night check-in, but nobody was answering the phone at the front desk. We could see in and that there was nobody near the front desk. We spotted someone sleeping on a couch in the lobby. After pounding one the window, the employee woke up and let us in. She was nice, but I’ve never seen someone sleeping while on the job like that. Breakfast was fine and the room was clean. Their policy on fresh towels is odd. If you want new ones, you have to bring your dirty ones to the front desk to exchange them.

All good except room carpeting very dirty...needs regular shampooing
