Very comfortable bed, terrific shower & room bathroom, quiet area, & ample parking. Manager went above & beyond with advice & guidance on parking downtown. Even spotted us change in case we needed for parking meter downtown.

10/10 would recommend staying at the Argent! Outstanding customer service and the room was very spacious, incredibly clean and had everything you need. Can’t fault anything, will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Hamilton.

When i booked this motel at the last minute due to a unexpected hospital visit i had to make i got a call from the manager who just casually said, you are most welcome to check in early as the room is ready if you would like. I thought this was amazing. Plus the property was absolutely perfect.

Great location for Waiksto hospital, so clean and tidy and check in/check out was a breeze. Will absolutely be staying here again!
