The building is modern unfortunately the location is in the middle of no where. It is located between old houses some of them abandoned and empty lots, which make you, feel out of place. I choose this place because they offered "parking" but it’s street parking, no parking or inside parking; first come first serve and a few times we have to park on the neighbored properties. Also front desk service is very scatter, the only way of communication with them is by WhatsApp, which they don't answer right away. Mattress hard as stone, gave us terrible back pain. They offered. Netflix but it is not available, only if you are Netflix customer. No restaurant onsite, as they listed, or any restaurant in walking distance in the area. Business is done by people, and unfortunately the service felt short, it felt like they were doing you a favor by staying there, rather than being welcomed as guests

The bed had springa sticking in you, and was very hard like a board.

Dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas au niveau de l'établissement (gâteaux industriels, pas d'œufs, des produits locaux auraient été bienvenus)

merci de nous avoir laissé votre avis.
Cependant, nous sommes un peu déconcertés par ses affirmations.
Notre petit déjeuner est totalement fait maison. Nous n'avons pas de produits industriels. Les seules choses emballées qui sont présentes dans notre petit-déjeuner sont les biscottes.
De plus, des fruits locaux, des gâteaux à la pistache et des gâteaux à la ricotta, une spécialité sicilienne, sont servis pour le petit-déjeuner.

Personale poco competente e zero professionale alla reception...poca chiarezza nei prezzi in quanto chiedono l aggiunta di 10 euro per un bambino di 18 mesi che dorme nel letto matrimoniale non offendo alcun servizio...tra l altro espressamente dettoche non usufruiva nemmeno della colazione...

Il supplemento che avrebbe dovuto pagare per il figlio comprende il pernottamento, il kit di asciugamani e il servizio di prima colazione, di cui ovviamente, avrebbe potuto usufruire il figlio.
