"Great first stay at Quest - Liverpool is home and we visit at least once a year, so it certainly won't be the last. After varying luck with hotels and apartments, we feel this was the best quality and value for money. Spacious, clean, and with an obvious effort to maintain and keep appliances up to date / well looked-after, we had no complaints! Central location is wonderful, gym is small but well-equipped, reception staff helpful."

"Great location, loud at night but to be expected. Very cheap toiletries and room not being cleaned during 2 night stay made the stay feel less than luxurious. Bread knife would be a good addition in the kitchenette. Feels safe. Would revisit. Thank you!"

"Great apartment for heading out on Mathew street, right in the centre of Liverpool. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Only slight negative was the security staff with 1 of my friends, literally chatting away with them then 1 of them got quite aggressive. Wouldn’t stop us booking again, great trip👍 "

"I stayed here with a friend for a conference, overall it was a comfortable clean stay close to the centre of town, it took us 15 mins to walk to the M&S Arena and about 10 to get into the main shopping area. The check in was a bit restrictive, it was between 3pm and 5.30pm and they continually emailed me to ask me what time I was coming. The other frustration was the map pin, it was inaccurate so I couldn't easily find it."

"If I'm being honestly I absolutely do not recommend staying here. It felt unsafe, unclean and the owners are unbothered despite reaching out. I was sent the key code for ALL of the key safes and told to just help myself. Pretty much every key safe already had the code on them so anyone walking past could have helped themselves to the property keys. I picked the key to room 5 and when I entered the smell of cigarettes was unbearable. So went through the other key safes to find a key for room 6,...

"It would have been much better if the property offered a few more essentials to the customer, such as: bathroom soap, Kleenex, paper towels, kitchen sink plug, dish rack, coffee, instructions on how to use heaters...and the ultimate suggestion...change the water pump system (way too loud)."

"The hotel was beautiful, staff warm and welcoming. Parking is recommended on the hotel website at the carpark next door however, this is very expensive and you do not receive a discount from Malmaison. I would recommend doing your home work on alternative parking although it was safe and manned. "

"So warm and welcoming,I was there when unfortunately there was a burst water pipe in Conway area then Llandudno The staff where brillant looking after us,they had to ration drinking water but we all got some.Our room was perfect Twin beds a table with two chairs so we could chill and take in the sea view .Lots of tea coffee milk etc plus hair dryer I will definitely go back "

"Right next door to conference centre, perfect location for me. Rooms spacious, clean and nicely decorated, good view from huge window, aircon/heating silent and effective, breakfasts excellent. And best of all, such friendly, helpful staff - for the money it cost, these was a cut above what i expected, highly recommended."
