Nice place to stay with the family big place good food the pool is nice, friendly people, the guy with the withe beer he is nice good service.

They need to fix the sauna and change every day breakfast they only have one option is with any type of egg and no more

The place is well located but the service has to be improve. The workers have a good attitude, nonetheless , they are very slow and does not know how to make decisions.

Terrible servicio! Todas las noches hubo ruido de otros huéspedes haciendo fiesta en la piscina y a pesar de que se informó a recepción, el recepcionista dijo que no se podía hacer nada pues el huésped ruidoso era su amigo y si nos gustaba que nos fuéramos a otro lado. No pudimos dormir y nos toco irnos a buscar otro hotel. Además el hotel decía que tenia baño de vapor y otras amenidades pero no estaban en funcionamiento!

Gracias por sus comentarios, lamentamos su experiencia pero recuerde por favor que la musica de los lugares aledaños es imposible controlar, melgar es un municipio turistico y en festivicades por donde se encuentre va a disfrutar de nuestro floklor y festivida, por otra parte nuetro personal esta dispuesto a brindar la mejor experiencia a todos nuestroos visitantes, el sauna y turco solo hay que solicitarlo en recepcion gracias

Me encantó la experiencia que pase yo con mi familia en el hotel nos atendieron muy bien son muy amables con unos los cuartos son limpios y muy cómoda eso sí no se puede entrar comida al hotel pero el resto muy rico la pasamos muy bien
