The room was ok, but the toilet seat was loose and made using it uncomfortable.
I had also found hair in the eggs at the breakfast buffet, killed my appetite and had to go eat elsewhere.

The sink was dirty in the bathroom and when I went to the front counter to get it rectified, no staff in sight, waited for 10 minutes and had an event to go to.
Also the clock radio beside the bed was one hour behind - I missed the continental breakfast because of this and the front counter staff said these clocks were controlled by Canalta. We live in SK where the time does not change.
I received an apology for both. I left feeling unsatisfied and undervalued - a small discount, anything, would have been appreciated and appropriate.
