Great room for an overnight stay.

We arrived very late as our Uber Driver got lost. We were exhausted and only had 2 hour to sleep before getting up to fly out. The office was closed and no one answered the number on the Expedia site. Finally I hit Emergency only button that retrieved a VERY ANGRY women that said they didn’t allow checking in after 8:30pm. It was not on site and she said Expedia sometimes doesn’t put that…not my fault I need to sleep for a bit. Got 1 hour and 15 minutes rest woke by a person in another room. Everything was clean but outdated looked like pre 80’s. Nasty Manager/Owner.

Hi April, Thank you for your review. Let's start with the truth shall we. You booked with Expedia, which clearly states that our office closes at 8.30pm (which you actually admitted that you did not look at). It also gives you the option to tell us your arrival time. You arrived at 1.45am, 1h later than intended, so still after midnight. What I actually said was that we are not given your emails details to be able to contact you. Had you contacted our office to inform us of your late arrival we would have made the necessary arrangements. I was not angry, in fact the opposite. Hope you had a safe trip home & wonderful trip to Australia with your daughter. Kind Regards Sandi & Bob
