Not sure if it was because it was my last night stay or they commonly have terrible housekeeping, but for my last night, it’s like they didn’t even bother.
They didn’t even empty any of the trash bins, left my used glass and mug without replacing with new ones, and didn’t bother to look and replenish used tea bags from previous nights.
Looks like they only came in and changed one used towel and haphazardly made up the bed (don’t think they change sheets), doubtful they even do any other cleaning in the bathroom.
Kind of the point of staying in a hotel is to have some level of turndown service. A bit of a disappointment when I’ve been out all day to come back to this on my last night.

Great customer service, bed was comfortable, was a perfect place to stay for us, buffet breakfast was good too.

Lovely hotel only thing was it says quiet rooms ours wasnt we had lift on one wall and a very noisy alley/aircon system outside window.
Cleaning staff very polite but didnt fill our tea/coffe/sugar/milk up for 4 days had to keep asking but all in all good hotel

We had a group of 7. One of the rooms for 3 people only had 1 bed. The staff did arrange a 2nd bed.
We did like the downstairs bar, restaurant and outdoor area where we could all hang out as a group. The staff were great and the coffee was amazing.
