NO aircon in the whole building and it was a hot humid night. They supplied a pedestal fan that was louder that a light aircraft

Good position in the CBD Unit was ok , you get what you pay Hot /cold water in shower was a mm between boiling and cold. Also was told after check in that AC was not working in building (would be a deal breaker in hot weather)

The hotel called me the night before I arrived to confirm my time of arrival but did not notify me that the AC is not working!!! I had to find out only upon arrival when obviously it was too late. The room is very old and the carpets are extremly dirty and old.

Aircon & seperate fan didn't work. The shower temperature handle is very dangerously sensitive.

Positives - Very spacious rooms, like an apartment. Very competitive price. Located in CBD, walkable distance to many dining, shopping and transport options. Easy check-in. Great service. Negatives - found two pieces of broken glass under the couch. Washer and Dryer was a great add however they take longer than normal to wash and dry. Cable tv was buffering.

Location was great, close to the mall and tram stop. Room was clean but a bit outdated. Staff at the front desk were lovely and helpful. For the price, it was a reasonable stay.

Alberto was Amazingly helpful and friendly - he helped us with our bags and couldn't do enough. Check in and out was seamless and easy and they were very happy to hold and watch our bags on the last day when we had additional meetings to attend after check out. Location is great - close to lots of shops and amenities and walking from place to place was easy!
