Fabulous stay. Great service at reception, easy parking. Difficult to reach by phone, difficult to connect to housekeeping and room service via phone. Having said that reception did eventually call me back.
I would stay at the Olsen again. Great location.

3 Star at best. Everyting is just okay - nothing is excellent or outstanding as is the norm for real 5 star hotels.

This property has become terribly run down since my last stay. In addition, the air conditioning made an audible clicking sound all night. I would not stay again.
