Convenient slightly out of CBD location. Great position next to the park and also for trams into the city. The cafe attached serves great food.

For a modern facility there are a couple of things missing. 1/ There are no openable windows in the room, requiring the vent system to run continuously. 2/ Despite having a high end LG TV there are no network services such as Netflix of Apple. Location worked for me with a park adjacent to the hotel, “lite” cafe facilities within the complex (including a Supermarket) good access to trams that take you into the CBD.
