Property is tired. Needs a major renovation. Closet space and drawers totally inadequate although the room was very large with much wasted space. Towels are small and worn, bathrobe cheap. No extra blanket in the room which even after adjusting the aircon was cold. Staff were excellent and very helpful.

Below average. My room had a water leak and it smelled like mould. Quite underwhelmed for a 5 star hotel. Hotel poorly managed - staff did their best but cracks were evident. Everything seemed generic. No joy to be found here.

Gorgeous comfortable apartment, clean as pictured

We had a 2 bedroom, 2 baths with full kitchen apartment, sleeping 4 people. The room was gorgeous, a lot of room, comfortable & clean. However, the entry to the hotel smelt like something was dead, making it quite awful dry-reaching when travelling in & out of the hotel. We asked what the smell was & each time mentioned "they couldn't smell anything?" Parking was offered to all 4 people but when we all arrived individually, were told it was only for one car & the other 3 would have to park elsewhere. We triple checked this & couldn't believe reception denied that could be the case - either way though, after much distress, they let us leave all our cars there but then charged $49 for additional cars, not what we planned for. Had we known, it would've been cheaper to park in a undercover garage. Breakfast was nice but the hot food is cooked away from the dining area & brought to the table - not often hot enough, cooled off by the time we received it. Variety was good but not the total full buffet package we are use to getting from other hotels with the same star rating.

Good hotel in a convenient location. Nice quiet rooms. I went to the brasserie for breakfast but nobody around. Waited for 5 mins and then gave up and went out for breakfast.
