Excellent customer service - extra pillows, phone charger and bottle opener delivered cheerfully upon request. Check in process a breeze.
Early check in not possible and cafe not open long hours so couldn’t use VIP voucher. Pillows terribly thin and bed not particularly comfortable. Bathrooms very dated and shower intensity lacking. Bathroom tap sprays on use. Toiletries divine! Love staying at this venue as the staff are so friendly and the rooms very clean. Excellent location and common areas very clean and well cared for. Pricing reasonable for what is delivered. Will definitely be back!

Great hotel enjoyed our stay here.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Room was very spacious and location walking distance to Palais (we went to a concert here), Luna Park, the Espy and Acland Streer.

Property has mechanical issues. Nice location near beach. Excellent tram service. Priced very good Excellent service
