The owner and Assistant were both very helpful. Our room was warm and comfortable. Even though we were near the highway it was quiet,peaceful and reasonably priced. Thank you.

Jet bath was great. Cold tap in bathroom had no hard stop though. If you kept turning after trying to turn off the tap it would start going again.

My mum and I needed to stay somewhere in Ringwood, and we chose Ringwood Lake Inn. The staff were super friendly and incredibly accommodating after we needed to stay a further 2 nights due to a family members passing.
The beds were really comfortable and the room was just what we needed. Thank you so much for your kindness at a difficult time.

Overall we have stayed in worse . The toilet system was loose off the wall. Mildew around shower glass and around the top . Was too frightened to use spa didn’t want to see what could come out.
We did try to tell attendant when we left at 8:50 ( office was suppose to be open by 8am) but office door locked so left key

Convenient and comfortable.
Posted 14 May 2024 on HotelsConveniently located. Easy access to rooms. Nice fluffy towels. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue was the doona was too thin which meant I had to turn the heating on through the night.
