Firat off, the location is great and central. Very close and walking distance to main attractions. The restaurant Salted Egg is also great for breakfast. The Asian fusion/influenced dishes were yummy. However. I complained about my room being dusty which made me sneeze a lot whenever I was in the room and was promised the room would be dusted when we were out, this didn't happen. The cups, teaspoons and anything that was out was dusty. One of the teaspoons had what looked like chocolate streaks on it, which was disgusting. That showed me that the cleaning crew was not thorough. Pretty much only made up the bed and change the towels. Used the teapot and this wasn't cleaned either. Came back the next day with the used teabag still in the teapot. Felt a bit cheated when I ordered Aperol Spritz at the rooftop bar Q. Saw the bartender with my own eyes poured soda water instead of prosecco for my drink. Not impressed. And I had to ask for the complimentary bottle of wine which was included in my booking. Again, not impressed.

Location was very good for the Marvel Stadium. The rooms were nice and modern and clean and the bed was comfortable. They had a mini bar which was welcomed as many hotels have removed them which is annoying. The rooftop bar is a great facility with terrible service and it tainted our stay enormously.

Receptionist at check-in was super. When I mentioned it was my daughters birthday treat, staying overnight after going to a show we were up graded and had a great room. Clean and very comfortable beds and lovely room amenities!
