We arrived early and the staff helped check us in and stored our bags so we could go explore. We received an email notification when our room was ready. The bed was comfortable, the room was tidy and it was a nice stay.

Room was clean and tidy inside. Beds were comfy. Shower was good.
Only issue was the A/C unit in my room was noisy after running for about 5 minutes so we had to turn it off overnight as we couldn’t sleep with it on and we got a bit hot.
Recommend the buffet breakfast. It was very nice.

Simplely amazing! My stay was wonderful from beginning to the end. I was greeted with a warm welcome and to suprise my room was upgraded. Whie waiting for my Uber overnight representative John helped me with my suitcases and waited with me while my Uber arrived.Many many thanks this is my number place to stay in Melbourne 😊🙏😊

A great stay. Helpful and friendly staff that go beyond whats expected. Property undergoing renovation work - didnt impact my experience at all.
Great value room with all of the amenities someone could want for a weekend stay in Melbourne.

Great size apartment with good facilities. The pool is an added bonus.

Enjoyed the stay at the hotel, especially the buffet breakfast spread which was elaborate and very good! Also enjoyed the spa.
