The property is a bit rough and ready, but it's secure, the rooms are clean, and it's very very handy to all the restaurants, shopping and transport options around Brunswick.

Property is old, run down, outdated furnishings. It was the cheapest in the area and clean on arrival. House keeping was non-existent other than to enter the room and open the curtains and turn off the heater.

It was… ok. The main bed was alright, the second bed had springs poking through. The couch was horrendous and we found a bunch of food under the cushions and down the back where it was torn. We did do a check for bedbugs but it seemed to be safe. The bathroom was quite nice with a good shower head.

Conveniently located. Parking seemed ample at Check-in but on returning after dinner every spot was taken and we had to park on the street. This was OK but for a person on crutches to park across the road was tricky.

Positives were that the check-in was easy, bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great.
The property and room were really dated and need some TLC (e.g. marks on the walls).
My room must've been at the end of the plumbing system because I could hear running water all the time and felt like I could hear every toilet flush!
The heater and bar fridge in the room were both very noisy.
