Loved the apartment. We were upgraded to 3 bedroom.
Disappointed that the pool was empty because the grand-kids have loved the pool on previous visits and that was the main reason we chose Paramount.
3rd bedroom was missing a mattress and was not made up. Not a real problem as it turned out we didn't need that bed. Would have appreciated a free car park.

Location was great. Close to theatres and Chinatown. We took the train to the city and could walk to the show we saw and meals were easy to find. Security was also good

The Paramount is in a fantastic spot for theatre-goers, or anyone who wants the city on their doorstep.
The rooms are a little shabby, but bathroom and kitchen have been done over really nicely. Friendly staff and great value for money in my opinion.

Door left open by cleaning
Posted 22 Feb 2020 on HotelsWe didn’t know there was a cleaning service that came around. They showed up to clean our room while we were out. When we returned the door to our apartment had been left open. Very unimpressed as we had all our belongings and passports inside. Not the cleanest, could use a better vacuum.
